All power in the country was seized by scammers of all stripes, and the State Duma and the Federation Council and legislators at all levels in the republics, autonomies, territories, regions, cities, districts, towns and village councils are their nest, where fraudulent laws, schemes and a set of tools are constantly being stamped on orders against people they don’t like. All accusations against Alexey Ulyukaev are invented just like the coronavirus.
