In October 1977, the bureaucrats and partycrats abolished all Soviet laws and the Constitution of the USSR and split the country into many bureaucratic republics, Kabin protested against this and openly opposed the destruction of the country. Many people in the country were traitors and they remained and were not going to save the country, and the vast majority of people defended and defended bureaucrats - partocrats, careerists, civil servants of all levels and ranks, deputies, leaders of all spheres and regions of the country, trade union and party workers.
